Return To Harmony

Updated: Jun 9

What it means to reset gently—body, mind, and spirit.

Intro: The Call to Slow Down

After a full season of activity—holidays, travel, gatherings—it’s easy to find ourselves scattered, overstimulated, and a little disconnected.

If you’ve been feeling off-rhythm lately, you’re not alone.

This isn’t a call to get “back on track.”

It’s an invitation to return—to you.

To your breath. Your kitchen. Your calm.

Section 1: Harmony Over Hustle

We’re conditioned to believe that the solution to feeling unbalanced is to do more, plan more, fix more.

But true harmony doesn’t come from adding more—it comes from realignment.

Try this:

• Put your hand on your heart and ask: “What do I need to feel supported today?”

• Instead of a rigid routine, think gentle rhythm: sleep, breath, movement, nourishment

• Choose one small thing to anchor your day—a quiet morning, a prepared lunch, a walk without your phone

Section 2: Return to the Kitchen

When we’re overwhelmed, it’s tempting to reach for convenience.

But the kitchen is one of the fastest ways to return to yourself.

Start small. This week:

• Make one calming breakfast (chia pudding, overnight oats, sweet potatoes + greens)

• Prep a few containers of roasted veggies or soup

• Brew a pot of herbal tea and drink it without multitasking

Food is energy. And the energy you prepare it with matters.

Section 3: Restoring Emotional Balance

Stress doesn’t just live in our calendars—it lives in our nervous system.

Feeling “tired but wired,” reactive, or ungrounded may be a sign that your body needs deeper support.

This is where I love bringing in a mix of lifestyle and natural tools to help restore harmony.

My favorite practices this week:

• Journaling for 5 minutes each morning (even just 3 words: Today I need…)

• Stepping outside barefoot for grounding

• Playing soft instrumental music while prepping food

• Using calming oils like Valor or Peace & Calming

Section 4: Want Extra Support?

If your body feels stuck—or your emotions are taking the wheel—it might be time to look beneath the surface.

Nutrition Response Testing can help identify where your body is overwhelmed and what it needs to come back into balance.

And when it comes to nervous system support, these are some of my favorite whole food tools:

Drenamin – for “tired but wired,” fight-or-flight imbalance

Min-Chex – for evening calm or daytime emotional stability

Adrenal Complex – for long-term stress and energy recovery

Ashwagandha Complex (MediHerb) – for emotional resilience and mood harmony

Closing: A Gentle Reset

You don’t need to do a full overhaul this week.

You just need one deep breath. One peaceful moment. One meal made with love.

Let this be the week you return to harmony—on your terms.
